Cicero once said, “Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others.” While we don’t expect a blog post to create virtues beyond general appreciation for our fellow online authors, we hope the spirit of that sentiment shines through.

As such, here are some links to blogs that have portrayed LendingTree and Tree.com in a positive light, which we appreciate very much!

There is no secret that the tension has been high between LendingTree and Google since the launch of Google Comparison Ads, a venture into mortgage lead generation. Doug Lebda Interview & Tree.com Review

While I was in a taxi cab making my way back to the Mirage hotel I received a direct message via twitter saying that I had the opportunity to interview Doug Lebda, but had to be there in 30 minutes. It was going to be close, but I accepted the invitation and told the cab driver to step on it! I had no formal questions prepared, but came up with a number of questions regarding the Tree.com initiative, Google and what the 12 month plan was for Tree.com. Here is the interview I recorded on my iPhone, which surprisingly the sound quality is not too bad. Hope you enjoy it.

Note: LeadCritic is frequently– well–critical. So, while some might not consider a few of his comments to be particularly positive, we always appreciate his thoughtful and honest coverage..
